Well, today is the day, friends. We have placed the eggs into the incubator, and will now wait with bated breath for the next 21 days to see the results of our experiment.
In addition to "chick fever", we are learning all about birds, so please ask your student what he or she might have learned this week, or what might have appeared in our classroom over the past weekend... (I'll post photos soon :))
We are looking and listening for birds in our environment, as well as the evidence they leave behind. Your student is welcome to bring in bird-related items for our nature table this month. Stay tuned for the chirp-chirp of more learning in grade 2!
